• Access unauthorized areas of the platform.
• Use automated systems or bots.
• Interfere with the proper working of the Platform.

5. Bookings and Payments

5.1 Court Bookings

When you book a court, you enter into a direct agreement with the Club Owner.

• PlayN' acts as an intermediary for bookings.
• Check booking details and club rules before confirming.
• You must comply with the club's specific rules and hours.
• Users are responsible for any damage caused during their session.

5.2 Payment Terms

Payments are processed securely via our third-party provider. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5.3 Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies are set by the individual clubs. Check the specific policy for each booking.

5.4 Service Fees

PlayN' may charge a service fee for facilitating bookings. These will be clearly displayed before checkout.

6. Club Owner Responsibilities

As a Club Owner, you agree to:

• Provide accurate details about your facilities.
• Maintain courts in a safe and usable condition.
• Honor all bookings made through the Platform.
• Communicate clearly with players regarding changes.
• Respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
• Comply with all licensing and safety regulations.
• Maintain adequate liability insurance for your facility.

7. Trainer Responsibilities

As a Trainer, you agree to:

• Possess all necessary certifications and qualifications.
• Maintain professional standards of conduct.
• Keep your availability calendar up to date.
• Follow the Platform's guidelines for coaching sessions.
• Treat all students with respect and professionalism.
• Maintain appropriate professional liability insurance.
• Comply with all tax and employment laws in your region.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our Content

All trademarks, logos, and content on PlayN' are the property of PlayN' or its licensors.

8.2 User Content

By posting content on PlayN', you grant us a license to use it to provide our services.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

9.1 As-Is Basis

Our services are provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis without warranties.

9.2 Third-Party Actions

PlayN' is not responsible for the actions of users or third parties:
