WHAT IS PLAYN'?

PlayN' is Turkey's first digital platform that allows players to find matches suitable for their level, create their own matches, and easily reserve available courts in racket sports. It is also a digital business partner that brings clubs and players together.

WHICH SPORTS ARE SUPPORTED?

PlayN' supports padel, tennis, and pickleball. The platform will continue to expand with new sports over time.

IS IT FREE TO USE PLAYN'?

No. Using PlayN' is completely free for players. You can register on the platform, create matches, browse available courts, and join matches.

HOW CAN I JOIN MATCHES?

Simply go to the matches page and select your location and skill level. The system will automatically list suitable open matches for you. If there's no match that suits you, you can create your own match in a few steps and wait for other players to join.

HOW CAN I RENT A COURT?

Renting a court on PlayN' is quite easy. Create a match, share the match link with your friends, and reserve the court together to get on the court.

HOW IS MY PLAYER LEVEL DETERMINED? HOW CAN I CHANGE IT?

You determine your skill level during registration. If you wish, you can manually update it from your profile whenever you feel your current level doesn't suit you. In the future, an automatic level update feature that considers the matches you've played and player feedback will be activated.

HOW ARE COURT FEES PAID?

Currently, court fees are paid directly to the club before the game. For a smooth gaming experience, accounts may be temporarily restricted in cases of non-payment.

WHAT HAPPENS IF WEATHER CONDITIONS ARE UNSUITABLE ON MATCH DAY?

Cancellation can be made at least 12 hours before the match time. After this period, cancellation is not possible. If weather conditions are unsuitable, the match can be automatically canceled with club and system evaluation.

CAN SOMEONE ELSE PLAY IN MY PLACE IF I CAN'T ATTEND?

Yes. The substitute player must be at the court before the match starts. If the club is notified at least 2 hours before the match time, the change is usually made smoothly.

CAN I EDIT MY RESERVATION?

Existing reservations cannot be edited. However, if you need to change the time or date, you can cancel the reservation and create a new one.

HOW DO I BOOK A COURT?

You can book a court through the PlayN' app or website. Simply select your preferred date, time, and court type (indoor or outdoor), then complete your booking. You can also create a match and invite friends to join.

CAN I CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE MY BOOKING?

Yes, you can cancel your booking up to 12 hours before the scheduled time. To reschedule, cancel your current booking and create a new one. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the match are not allowed to ensure fairness for all players.

DO I NEED TO BRING MY OWN EQUIPMENT?

Most clubs provide rackets and balls for rent. You can check the club's amenities on their profile page. If you prefer to use your own equipment, you're welcome to bring it.
